There is a strong work/life balance and mutual respect for one another. We also celebrate across cultures and both small/big wins.

We have the best team of high performers that generally care about one another. They are creative, thoughtful and willing to help!

I appreciate their transparency and ongoing explanation of Alkami's performance and where we are headed. The leadership team also continues to invest in talent and grow the company.

In my role, I am able to work cross-functionally and across the organization, we have great people! My team specifically is filled with high performers that want to achieve goals, have fun, and make authentic connections with one another.

We a test and learn culture which I love! We aren't afraid to try new things and leaders are receptive to new ideas. We also value real fun and try to bring that into in person and remote interactions.

Our leadership team is very transparent and open for questions from all employees. They keep us engaged on what's going on across the business and make us feel like the role we play in the larger picture makes a difference.

I feel like a valued member of my team and organization. My leaders can count on me to get the job done and do a great job and it makes me feel validated knowing that they respect me/my work and bring exciting new projects my way.

Our leadership team clearly communicates from the top down. I understand where we are headed as a company and what our strategic leaders goals are and how my role and goals align with those. I also like that my leaders actively think about our Disc profiles and adjust to those.
