One of the better software companies I have worked for but still present the same challenges with process and resource allocation most companies fall to. So far they have differentiated themselves there which to me means more than likely it will be the industry that determines overall success more.

We have a solid team with good contribution individually and as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership team goes above and beyond to provide support while at the same time not over/micro manage. They allow you to do your job and provide support when it is needed. The leadership team above that can at times get too involved to the point where the waters are muddied.
