I enjoy working here, with smart people, with people I can learn from, the large amount of responsibilities which I have afford lots of new opportunities to grow. I would enjoy my work more if I could focus, and responsibilities didn't evolve/grow most every week

Alkami is a good place to work. Benefits are better for higher levels. Talent is good and increasing. The part where the company struggles is with prioritization. Investments in speed are high level, but not team level, leading to repetitive needed heroics
