Told I was at the top of the pay scale, but new hires have a larger scale for same level

Medical coverage is great. Quarterly gifts sent to our homes are not only surprising but awesome thank-you gifts to their workers.

We support each other and are willing to helpt teach or help out on any issue, small or large, and not judgments if you are lost or confused.
What makes you most happy at work?
Stand-ups and being in our Hangout room all day for chatting or airing questions for help. Makes you feel like you are in the office and not siloed at home alone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and willing to meet and talk with anyone in the company and invite us to meet with them informally to discuss topics that affect us as employees. Take lots of notes and make changes based on our concerns.
