Great company. When I was first employed here I was constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop, so to speak. But now I am seeing that they are genuinely a great group of people. They do business differently and want their employees to be great and well taken care of.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they seem to care about me as a person. They are transparent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO is great. But mostly that I am being paid well enough that I can do more that just survive I can live and fulfill my dreams without going broke.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to accomplish goals and to move the needle of success a bit further. My team is working on a newer product that that is exciting. We get to implement new processes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are cohesive and we are working to make the company's goal successful and we help each other. They are constantly putting out suggestions for improvement and offering to help others overcome obstacle at work. Great team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity, equity and inclusions are not just buzz words at Alkami. They actively try to make them a constant reality. Also, work life balance is a big thing! We are encourage to actually take time from work
