My overall experience at Alkami has been good. I've been here some time and seen Alkami go through a lot of change. However, over the past 6 months there has been a lot of leadership change and that has affected the morale.

The best part about our compensation package is that it includes many benefits - the regular health insurance, 401k and also includes many options for self care - like the Calm app, ClassPass to name a few.
