Since joining Alkami two years ago, I am consistently impressed with all aspects of the company and my work experiences. The onboarding and Training was intense, but exactly what I needed to lay the foundation for being successful in my role. Alkami's company culture is the best of the best.

Working with the Product and Engineering team to develop new features that bring value to our Clients.

My base salary is on higher end for Product Managers within the Industry which I value the most.

The Leadership team does a great job communicating the vision, and key objectives to focus on to achieve our 5 year strategic goals.

My team is very collaborative and genuinely cares about showing up and doing the best job possible for our Clients and for our Alkamists.

I really enjoy working with the Engineers on my team delivering new features and functionality that benefit our customer and Alkami's product as a whole.

The leadership team lives Alkami's Core Values and does an excellent job communicating the vision and strategy for Alkami to become the #1 Digital Banking Company.

My team is very focused on delivering quality new features and functionality. They are open and transparent about what can realistically be accomplished. They strive for excellence.

The culture fully embraces that every member of the organization is important and contributes to the success of the organization. We have a very diverse employee base where everyone feels heard and included.

Everyone genuinely cares about the success of Alkami and about the success of every other team member. I have never been apart of an organization that truly wants everyone to succeed knowing it lead to more successful company.
