The people are amazing but the team feels that there are metrics that we are held to that we have little control over and due to that, the job is on the line and not secure.

The training is not comprehensive or linear which makes it difficult to become confident and proficient.

We are behind in dev work due to not enough resources, sprint assignments are delayed several times so issues go unresolved for a long time.

Our senior leadership team does a great job of engaging and listening to employees concerns and suggestions. They follow up those engagements with actions and steps towards resolving the issues.
