Alkami has been a great company to work for. I will say when I started the culture was a little better but the more people they seem to bring, the more it seems to loss what made it special. Leadership has changed like the seasons for CXG.

Everyone is willing to jump in and help if you ask...without question.

They take the time to listen to both Alkamist and Customer to do the right thing, the right way.

Everyone seems to be on the same page of music when it comes to supporting our clients and other employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to complete my work and having the customer excited about the progress. Solving issues and being paid each paid period.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They seem to keep hiring their friends for roles and bring them in a directors and consultants and not listening to the issues we are facing. Escalations do not get addressed until its to late to make meaningful changes. Projects start off in red due to unrealistic contracts.
