Alkami does not offer true innovation or career progression for senior devs or higher. The development is mostly just maintenance work. Offshore seems to be leaderships first priority. Day to day work has become dull and frustrating. I am not surprised though with the high leadership turnover.

The salary, bonus, and RSUs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Alkami attracts people who are determined to solve complex problems and I enjoy working alongside those individuals.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is a lot of talk, discussions, and planning for improvements within the platform but no execution. Leadership seems to be shaping Alkami's development ecoystem and culture around heavy offshore development.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team understands the goal of each sprint is to get a solution to the customer. Everyone is willing to step outside their job title domain to help other members. The culture of the team is calm and positive despite the frequent stressful SEVs, Go Live Blockers, and last minute requests.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Offshore development is taking over the development culture. The release process is astocious and is getting worse. 24x7 on call support was forced on devs with 0 compensation Only a select few teams get to work on development items that are deemed important for the company
