I have had my shares of ups and downs here at Alkami, but they have done a good job of trying to resolve the cons and provide a fit that is better for me and to resolve any compensation woes. My current manager is really good and I understand what I am doing as it contributes to the bigger picture.

Very collaborative within and cross department, team generally cares about helping each other and providing opportunities to teach when possible.

Generally transparent, many leadership teams don't share the entire goal and view but I feel as if they share as much as allowed.

I feel like we are extremely inclusive of anyone from many walks of life as long as you fit the general culture model.

A variety of tasks to do that involve using my brain to problem solve and creating a better work environment for those around me.

People are extremely smart, but not in an egotistical way. They often want to use their knowledge to help you achieve the goal or developing further.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great, they are very nice and good to talk to. Full of ideas and different points of views that lets us choose the best solutions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All compensation based. Position is under market value for general compensation, there is no performance pay (bonus) that can incentivise people to perform better and 401k match is well below market.
