Most immediate coworkers are friendly and helpful.
Clear direction and focus for company goals towards quality.
The support for remote work is very nice. Immediate team members are always helpful and communicative.
They just pile on more work and responsibilities. They do little to actually help improve cross team communication or workload.
Management is increasingly supporting toxic goals and culture. Piling on work and setting unrealistic goals and insisting every new project is the highest priority. And if these somehow get accomplished, you are only rewarded with more or told what things have gone wrong.
There is clearly no actual appreciation of people working hard to get stuff done. Raises and bonuses are non-existent and the rare times you do get a raise it doesn't even match inflation rates so it's still a salary cut. Meetings and reviews are only focused on why you've failed.
