Goals are clear, and support from management is excellent, with no micromanagement. Coworkers are helpful and supportive, and cross-functionally, people are always willing to assist. Almost all documentation and information are openly available, making it much easier to find answers on my own.

They are SMEs in various products and get projects completed on time. Everyone has been very friendly and willing to help.

Everyone is there to support our customers and the goals of our company. There isn't any competition with each other, we truly live "we win together".

My team cares about me and I know that if I need help they are there to assist me. They are also smart and knowledgable in different areas than me.

They seem genuine. I like that I've actually seen their face (and cat) on a Zoom meeting and they've answered questions from the employees not just talking and then the meeting ends.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO. So far no issues in getting time off approved and I don't feel I have to make up for being off for a doctor's appointment or use up my PTO.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is access to Product Managers with weekly meetings and slack channels to ask questions. Project Managers actually get to manage projects and there are dedicated teams to assist in configuration and troubleshooting.
