It's been fantastic. I've only been here for almost a year now and everything about this company has been nothing but green flags. The work environment is unlike any other I've been a part of in terms of positivity and am ecstatic about continuing my journey here at Alkami.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being valued and doing meaningful work. It's not the same thing everyday and am always working on improving my skills.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are grounded and truly understand the common employee here at Alkami. They not only preach values, but are determined to live by them as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO is a fantastic benefit. I never have to worry about running out of PTO for emergency situations or sickness. I also enjoy the vesting schedule for our 401(k) and the Employee Stock program.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're dependable and determined to make our department a better overall unit. Everyone seems to be pulling their own weight and then some, all while contributing to the amazing culture Alkami has set in place.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to be bought in into the culture. It's rare to have that in organization this large. While it isn't perfect, our senior leadership has laid out a strong foundation for our culture to thrive and improve; they make it almost impossible to NOT be bought in.
