Been here 8 years. I had a tough start at Alkami, but as we got more structure in place as a company, things started to level out and the last 5 years have been great. I know what goals I have to meet and how I need to achieve them, as well as lots of opportunity to move up! Makes me feel valued.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finishing a really good customer facing session, and getting positive feedback from the customers about it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a clear vision where they want us to be in 1 year, 3 years & 5 years and share it with all the staff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all very different people, from different cities and experiences, we're all vastly different ages, but everyone is friendly, nice and respectful of each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Alkami is moving to a very Customer-centric model and making sure all employees are on board with this. As well, we're all pulling together to make that happen across teams.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have unlimited PTO, but people on my team do not take advantage of that. Everyone seems to take a fair amount, but it's nice to know the ability to take a good vacation is there!
