I've been with Alkami for over 7 years now and to see how it's grown and to have the privilege of working with some of the best minds in fintech is extremely rewarding. I know parts of Alkami that I wouldn't want to work in because there are toxic countercultures present.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The two best decisions I ever made professionally was leaving my old employer for Alkami, the second was leaving Alkami support to work in services and becoming part of the revenue stream. Alkamists for life!

Trusting me to be able to operate independently and make decisions. Clear job pathing discussions

Stock options and stock purchase program. Healthcare is ok, am not thrilled about the increase in deductibles

We're very close and collobarative. Very strong sense of belonging and respect. Extremely intelligent and capable force

That I can point to exactly how I move Alkami forward and bring success to our customers!

Their ability to effectively communicate business strategy and direction as well as embracing new technology such as AI
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Alkami has not gone down the route of actuarial and micromanaging leadership behavior in at least my part of the organization
