I love working for Alkami. We do meaningful work every day to change people's lives with financial empowerment. I get to do this in a company that stands by what they say and put the customer first.

Collaborative and we want to win together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No cap on quota compensation. The sky is the limit.
What makes you most happy at work?
Selling something I truly believe to FIs that I know want to make a difference in their community.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flat organization with access to leadership and a mandate to escalate if need be in order to get answers / results.

They genuinely care about delivering a good product and partnering with our customers towards a common goal of delivering the best digital banking experience possible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all want to win together. no one is precious about holding onto why they are successful and will take the time to show others, if asked. We genuinely care about each other's success and wellbeing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This the only company I have ever worked for that revised down quota after realizing it was too ambitious. That is the mark of true leadership that wants to retain their sales team rather than just making them bear the initial overestimation and then blaming them not achieving it performance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Everyday is solving a puzzle to move my deals forward. Understanding what benchmarks, people, and meetings I need to make to help solve my prospects problems and build that trust with them. That's the only way we will win deals and it's a collaborative effort everyday and on every level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have never worked for a company that lives their core values out on a daily basis more than Alkami. I work remotely and still feel very much a part of the company and the gifts they send us are well thought of and well made. They never feel cheap or half-hearted. It all matters. We all matter.
