I really enjoy working here at Alkami. However, I think our biggest hinderance is process improvement. There are so many things that can be done better and uniformly. I think it's because we are entering a new maturation phase but it is not prioritized to ensure it's being implemented once revealed.

I feel that the salary should reflect the work and especially if it aligns with customer satisfaction. Incentive should be higher for client facing.
