I've only been at Alkami for a short amount of time, but I can tell that the people and the company goals are what makes Alkami a great place to work. Being surrounded by great people helps fuel my desire to contribute my best. I hope I can be here for a long time.

I think everyone being so friendly and supportive, and also understanding when we all need to be heads down to get work done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always so supportive and eager to help each other out. I love saying that I have some of the best co-workers and leaders in the world.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO! As someone who has been in previous companies with limited PTO, I am grateful that Alkami understands the importance of work-life balance and allows us to take time off as needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team as a whole always makes sure that we're advocated for, and leads us well to ensure that we all do our best! Everyone is always constructive, positive and wants to make sure we all cross the finish line with flying colors.
