I am fairly new at the company, however, I have really enjoyed being a part of this team and this company. I feel included and well trained by my team and mentors. I am learning a ton at a fast pace but not in an uncomfortable pace.

Being busy and getting things done. Also, interactions with my team.

They communicate well and are very involved in the lives of the people in the company.

We can have fun and chat and catch up even when we are on work meetings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It gets things done but my team does it in a collaborative, fun way that makes it enjoyable.
