Always willing to help each other out, nobody is worried about taking credit on something they just want to genuionely help
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and my manager, I have said, work is my happy place. I love that HR and our leaders are careful about who they bring to work here because they also want to protect that safe space!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our leaders live out our culture daily. I was shocked when people were signing off for the night; they changed their Slack status to pause, which really helps us achieve that true work-life balance. Truthfully, it makes me work even harder because I have that!
