Collaborative and supportive. Everyone is willing to discuss ideas and options for improvement. Everyone at Alkami is highly skilled in their field.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a clear direction for the company and clearly and frequently communicate that. C-levels routinely have skip level 1-1 and focus group meetings to stay in touch with what is happening at the ground level.
