I've never been so busy but the hiring decisions for building my team were spot on. The onboarding training didn't answer a lot of basic questions like what do we do and HOW do we do it, but I have a lot of resources and opportunities to answer my own questions.

I don't see people unhappy very much.

They're approachable and not cliquey.

I get the sense that people are afraid to fail or hide their mistakes or failures since there's so much success here.

We really do work together and respect our skills, but we also ask each other for help and listen to one another when we're asked for help.
