I enjoy parts of Alkami, however, I lost a few benefits from switching companies. I miss the WFH option, especially since my team travels often. It was a nice perk to know you could work a day or two a week when you wanted/needed. I hope this changes as it's a perk most companies in Dallas have.

They are engaging & transparent. Always willing to help us with a frustrated client.

My team. Having a great group of people to work with really makes this role, and I'm thankful for them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I absolutely love my team, and it would be hard to come to work without them honestly. We all support each other, lean on each other and pick each other up when we're down. I've never worked with such a great group of people who work hard and play hard.
