Seriously this place is fantastic. Such a great culture but something so hard to build is unfortunately very easy to destroy. Need to be super vigilant that we maintain that positive culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've never had stock options so thats really cool. Would love more opportunities to invest in Alkami or get ownership.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a clear strategic vision that is well communicated and they don't let themselves get distracted chasing the next thing. Good stability in message and direction from the top.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has a lot of passion and are coming from a good place. Mistakes are made because we are human but everyone is clearly trying to do the best they can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone really cares and puts their best forward. Slackers aren't tolerated. We also snap down on negative interactions very quickly to make sure we don't give negativity the ability to thrive and cause problems.
