Generally speaking people want to do the right thing and they want to do things well. People know it's important that we collaborate together to make progress on big rock items.
Equity compensation, although generous equity compensation is now at odds with our goal of becoming profitable on a GAAP basis. The amount of equity comp seems to be trending down which is good long-term for stakeholders but not as sweet as it used to be for employees.
People are trying to figure things out and don't pretend to be experts all the time. Some of this we are learning and making up on the go in a very positive way. We are all learning and there is room to fail, learn, and try again.
