Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some roles are getting paid significantly more across the industry (tech not just fintech) because Radford doesn't accurately rank non-mainstream titles.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If you see a problem, you are empowered to fix it. It's never acceptable to respond "That's how we've always done it." The go-getter mentality is palpable!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are a few folks that have risen through the ranks on seemingly just tenure and lack key leadership and strategy skills, but for the vast majority everyone on the LT is top notch.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Those that have built a career in the roles they are serving in are phenomenal. There are some that have transitioned into new careers that still have yet to fully understand how to excel in new roles (product).
What makes you most happy at work?
A great deal of satisfaction comes from taking a pain point and flipping it into a selling point. Our team has a significant opportunity to directly impact the competitiveness of Alkami in the market. This impact brings pressure but also a sense of accomplishment.
