a more diverse team as well as continuous diversity training having more team building and spaces to learn from each other respectfully and cohesively

Inclusivity - less "boys" club, less favorites and more inclusivity & engagement equally across the board. Understanding difference in cultures and ethnicities - what is "cool" for one group may not be for another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Equality - having the same role and the pay difference be thousands of dollars is debilitating. Knowing the quality & amount of time dedicated to a role and seeing others benefit the same or better is disappointing.
