I feel this company has great potential in the lines of business it operates and in many of the people that truly care. I feel very disappointed on leadership's attitude in relation to the layoffs and forced hybrid for many people. Leadership needs to be more honest and empathetic, less callous.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The raw pay is nice and while the company perks are a bit lacking the overall pay is good.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to learn and use leading edge technologies and allowing me to grow both my technical and interpersonal skills.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Our co-workers need to be better at respecting each other's time and come prepared. They should be better at making email threads and detailing request instead of reaching out without any details when they reach out for help and waste everyone's time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team seems to actually pay attention to the needs of our teams. They don't seem to be caught up in corporate politics and focus on delivering solutions instead of excuses. Some leaders appear disconnected from reality and don't take feedback or ignore any given.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe our company has many people who believe in the work they do and love helping the company grow. We have many more people who seem to be "real" about issues and how to address them and overall many are respectful people who actually care about others and not so opportunist towards others.
