I have been here for almost a decade - loved working with great people, believed in the products and services provided, was proud of the Company. I am not proud of the company or how it has handled the 'restructuring.' I still love my team and my business leaders.

I lost trust in my executive leadership team. I don't know how that can be improved.

It's standard - though I bet I will find it's not quite as competitive as I thought as I start looking elsewhere.

We value each other, work together to take care of our business, we learn from one another, give grace to admit mistakes and do better
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Own their mistakes, be honest about decisions, why they were made, and now the plan to move forward, focus on their employees and customers, work hard to re-establish trust
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get back to the Asurion culture - the one that valued people, thoughts, doing a few things really well instead of over reaching and putting the company in financial straights. We are all tired and mentally bruised from July. It is going to take time and better direction for a better culture.
