No transparency with work- feeling that everyday they can decide they do not need you and you don't matter- even if your score card is green and your SP100 is hitting the mark.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No real cost of living/wage increase with over 10 years with the company. As an employee outside of Nashville, I constantly feel like I do not matter. Lack of recognition for basic things as well as no sense of company pride as if you are not in Nashville- you don't matter.
