Until the end of last year, it's been wonderful - positive, fun, exciting, the investment in the HQ and our people has been amazing! Now, I feel like we are floundering and aren't sure of our direction. Telling people to come in to work is a questionable strategy to get our "mojo" back.

First off - our building is amazing - so coming to work is a complete pleasure. Once I arrive, I like the "can do" attitude of my team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing my boss trusts me - to do my job, to listen to my input, to trust that I don't need to be "in visual site" to be effective.
