The company overall is fantastic but women in technology are not treated fairly unless we manufacture a sort of masculine ego and brag about all of our accomplishments even when a documented history of work exists. We have no real metrics and iur success is based on how much attention our work gets

The rare occurance where the hard work and hundreds or thousands of lines of code i have written is recognized
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Elimination of traditional promotion metrics and reliance on standing out and being noticed disproportionately affects women in tech who are less likely to brag and more agreeable, resulting in their lagging behind male counterparts. Vague feedback further harms women in tech, with unclear objetives
