DIRECT leaders listen, but most of the time, our voices are not heard unless the business if profitable.

It does not matter what we say. It will not be heard or be overlooked unless the business is profitable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Asurion does not preach the "ONE TEAM" core value. You are only treated better if you work in an office setting.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Goals are unreasonable and late during communication. We as front workface give feedbacks to our team member on a daily basis, but comes and rewards are unreasonable. We can't reward team members fairly unless you are an executive or office employee. fundings are not spread evenly.
