Things seem to get worse. Although the executive team constantly promises to "invest in people" no real pay raises or other investments are done. Also the company does not seam to care at all about entire EMEA regions since HR i non-existent for years.

salary is very poor in comparison with current market. This is especially true for long lasting employees since there is almost no pay rise besides inflation adjustment.

The current compensation doesn't feel competitive with market standards. I would feel more valued and motivated if it were aligned more closely with what similar roles are offering in today

I feel undervalued because my compensation doesn't align with market rates for similar roles. A pay increase would reflect my responsibilities and performance, and ensure my salary is competitive, helping me feel more recognized and motivated.

compensation was next to never increased beyond inflation rate. Rumors have it more 6% increase is impossible due to company rules which disproportionately hurt employees that started with lower compensation and is no way near industry standard
