At Barracuda, I have learned and grown sooo much. I get lots of opportunities and challanges. It's not always rainbows and unicorns, but that's nowhere! I am proud to be partn of Barracuda. And compared to previous companies, I have never felt so connected to a purpose and a mission than I am today!
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love being a part of Barracuda. It's hard work, not going to lie, though I have the feeling I truly contribute to the company and to the wider goal: making the world a better and safer place. Maybe in very small steps, though we actually do that. And not many people go to work with this feeling.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
a fair, market-competitive pay and commission. If you do well, you get paid well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
approachability is a very important one. Everyone gives the feeling they can be approached and talked to.
What makes you most happy at work?
seeing the evolution happening every day. If not in the technology, than it's the team, or marketing, or adding new departments to make life easier.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Barracuda is constantly in search of improving the work environment and culture. It never stands still. They keep evolving and offering challanges and training for example.
What are some of the best things about your team?
you can reach out to anyone for help, and everyone is always willing to help too. We are all here for the bigger goal: to get better every single day.

I get along with most of the colleagues. and that's fine. I love the vibe we have mostly. The drive, energy and passion for the profession, and for the solutions we provide.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The clear vision of where we want to go and want to be as a group of people, as a company, as abrand, as a solution for the customers. The passion is immense!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are an evolving, agile and fast paced organisation. Always on the move to make the next turn on the journey. It's important to keep up, and have a great time doing it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have so much flexibility. My ideas are oftenly heard and able to execute upon. Coworkers, management and clients appreciate my passion and energy. And I know they therefor will support me in growing within the business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a Channel Manager, I know I COULD get paid more, but the company culture is oftnely very different from what we have. Compensations are very well done for me personally. Also if you do great work, you get noticed and compensated with stock options. Which could get very lucrative if you stay long
