I have met amazing people during my journey and have learnt a lot, however, I have never been given a future career path which has lead me to look at our competitors and what they offer compared to Barracuda: pay is much better elsewhere, remote working, better benefits and given a clear career path

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are different rules for each team which I don't think is fair. I understand we are a sales company, however, I believe given what we went through with lockdown, where we still hit our targets, and noticing a pattern in multiple people leaving you must see the need for a office/remote balance
