What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is open-minded and team-oriented.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Team-oriented and for the most part everyone is willing to help when needed

What do you like best about the leadership team?

How much they are invested in your overall success and helping you push your limits to become better at the job

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I feel like there aren't any clear growth paths. No hands-on mentorships/shadowing. Not being compensated fairly for the amount of work I'm expected to take on

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've had to carry the workload of two for at least a year and no legitimate moves are being made to compensate me for it. Conversations have been had but are constantly being pushed to the wayside. It's expected that if I'm doing the work for two I need to be paid accordingly
