It has been a good experience. Very stressful at some points just because of the situation I found myself in but it is slowly getting better. The people are wonderful to work with but the job itself has been very stressful.

It began great, then went downhill fast. Having to deal with constant churn and picking up other peoples slack while never being compensated to do so is never fun. Additionally, the pay does not come close to the amount of work that is put in which does not motivate me to continue working as hard.

It is fair and rewards hard work.

Everyone who I am around is very friendly

Helping the people who I work with whether that is my partners or people on my team.

I enjoy my manager because they genuinely care about my growth and want to see the team succeed.

It is laid back enough to where I am comfortable but the expectations to succeed are still high.

Talking with my coworkers or getting a closed won on a deal that I have been working hard on.

My team is like a family. We are always there to help each other and love seeing each other succeed.

They give us information regarding the changes that could happen and try to supply us with as much information as possible.

The market pay for the position is under so the only thing that would need to change is average market pay.

Underpaid and overworked. I would like to be paid fairly in comparison to the same positions at other companies or based on the amount of work that is placed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not being so soft. When a disagreement happens or an opinion is made of someone they immediately lash out or take it extremely personal when it was simply an opinion.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help each other and answer questions no matter how dumb they may seem. It has really helped me grow as a representative and has given me confidence in what I do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Displaying a strategy regarding WHY Barracuda instead of WHAT we do. We do not have a clear and convincing way to tell people why they should purchase Barracuda beyond the fact we have been in the business for 20 years.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company does not have a sense of direction as we are losing talented and seasoned employees for other companies that have a solid plan and strategy in place. Additionally, the value of the employees is perceived as very low which bring morale down and willingness to exceed low.
