I work here for 8 years tried different departments and from my subjective experience, there are departments/teams with toxic MGMT and they are not hard to spot, because it is the teams with the highest churn. However, there are also teams with great MGMT and that is where the magic happens

Yearly review and can be increased if my work was consistently good

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone respects each other and interacts with each other on eye level and truly cares about the other people in the team personally. There no toxic people in my team and the teamlead is incredibly reliable, fair, approachable and always respectful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I look into the industry, other vendors pay people with my experience and know-how 100% more for the same role . The reason I am still here is because of the incredible team I work with, where everyone looks out for another and the best team lead I ever had.
