I've been very fortunate to learn as much as I have seeing a company grow through different life cycles and evolve. Others i know have had to go three of four different places to gain the experience I've had at Barracuda.

they are accessible and open to feedback

Paid closer to market and/or offer better benefits, better 401k match for example.

More often than not peoples willingness to support and help outside of their immediate job functions is exceptional.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there are very few egos in the building if any and everyone cares about the people they work with.
