Complete 180 from my last job. Barracuda has meaningful work, good people, great culture, they celebrate successes, the PTO and benefits are middle of the road but not bad, has ability for flexible work schedules for in-person vs at-home work though most people want to be in the office.

My team is very encouraging, fun to talk to, and help each other whenever needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's not 100% commission-based. The base salary is good enough and the commission upside is incentivizing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have good communication and do a good job of keeping up with the people in different parts of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not having pressure to be grinding at work every minute of every hour. There are a lot of busy times but it's not so much that people get burnt out.
