I think barracuda as a company tries to do the best for the employees. However, I feel there inconsistency among departments. For example, the sales team is not cohesively trained on everything they are responsible to do. Some reps know what they need to do and others don't.

My managers try to stay positive and always encourage us to do our best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I been here for two years and only got a raise of .66 cents. The rate of raises should be higher.
