Open door policy. They are always willing to talk to you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that the company is involved in the community (in the different locations).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I'm very under paid. Other companies are paying 50-100%+ more for the same job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is all on the same page - we're very open and honest with one another. I wish we had more good people though.
