My overall experience at Barracuda is positive. We are relevant in the IT Security industry and we have a great team of smart individuals. I have met many friends and co-workers I hope to become friend's with. I like our products and am proud to help our customer's protect their data and security.

I have been here for 7 years and have received 3 promotions within the sales org. Overall my experience has been good. If you work hard you are rewarded.

I enjoy coming to work. I still get challenged and I enjoy my co-workers. I think we have taken a few wrong turns in our journey but we appear to be getting back on track and focused on what made us successful in the past. we have almost an entirely NEW leadership team since I joined.

My salary is fine, but the OTE incentives should be more aligned with the $5M quota I carry,

We all get a long. Most know each other socially outside of work. No attitudes within our team. Everyone willing to help if they can.

Barracuda has an excellent life-work balance for all employees. We are encouraged to use our PTO and breaks. Many employees interact with other departments during the day. No one is stuck to their desk making call or sending emails.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am on a variable comp plan and the quota I am responsible for is not comparable to the target earnings I receive. $130K OTE on a 36M quota. I also lead a team of 8 employees.
