Well the company culture declined over the time. Very focused on numbers. Recent events indicates the locality is not valuable. Seems like to many mangers try to prove themself, but each on one is pulling into different direction. Missing top to button management.

Please make decisions, and communicate them clearly to all stockholders. Keep your promises. We are an international company in different countries with different habits, please hear the voice / install of local advisories.

There are very talented, motivational and open people in my team. Unfortunately that does not resonates to all departments. For company to succeed we need to work successfully together with other teams, which is not the always the case.
