I've been with the company for a long time and a lot has changed- some things for the worse but overall for the better. Things feel unstable right now with sales being down, and the future is uncertain. More transparency on our path forward from the executive team would help with morale.

My overall experience at Barracuda has been an overwhelmingly positive one. I've been given so many opportunities and experiences that have greatly contributed to my personal and professional growth. I've enjoyed my many years with the company and look forward to many more.

Receiving positive feedback from customers and coworkers.

My manager is transparent and considerate.

My team is strong and like-minded.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and gets along. There's no drama.

My team has a great dynamic. We are all very helpful and genuinely care about one another.

Tickets@work is what I use most often. Our health insurance took a hit and is more expensive with less resources.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me most happy at work is being challenged- whether it's a new project, developing my employees, or resolving a difficult situation and making a customer happy. It's incredibly fulfilling.

The most positive thing about the culture and environment at Barracuda is that everyone is treated with appreciation and respect. We are all humans with our own thoughts, feelings, and aspirations, and everyone in the company embraces that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package is the flexible time off. It allows me to balance work with everything else in my life. Barracuda acknowledges that employees have lives outside of the job and they encourage that balance.

Some of the best things about my team are their humility and openness to collaboration. We all acknowledge that we specialize in different areas and instead of becoming a competition, it becomes an opportunity for us to work as a team to achieve our goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The thing that I like the best about the leadership team at Barracuda is that they acknowledge that there are opportunities for improvement and they take steps to make them. Some companies may not acknowledge shortcomings or care to address them and I'm proud to say Barracuda isn't one of them.
