There are new challenges almost on a weekly basis, specially the cases we see from customers and the interesting finds we get on how they use our code.

There is a good amount of communication on what is happenning around and what strategy the company is adopting, whether it would give us the desired results or not.

Everyone gets together to make things happen, there is a good sense of camaraderie and succeeding together is a value that is commonly seen. People learn from each other a lot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The industry is fast evolving with higher emoluments around, specially when it comes to the stocks allocated or the RSUs. This would give a better sense of ownership to the employees and help in an average longer stay which is crucial in our industry or product engineering in particular..
