The work itself isn't bad at all and I am relatively content with my current position but having to drive two hours a day to go to and from the office has worsened the experience and I do not see myself staying with the company due to this.

We have good teamwork and all do our jobs well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In today's economy, the money I make is barely enough to survive and now further expenses are being taken out of my pocket by making me drive out to an office for work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking into consideration how much things have changed for employees over the past two years when decided that we all have to go back to offices, making lives for many of us that much harder.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Having to drive so long to go to the office is what's going to be wrong and the fix to that is letting us continue to work from home all 5 days of the week.
