The connectedness our team has. We feel like one giant family and I absolutely love my coworkers
What are some of the best things about your team?
There isn't one person I have a problem with on the team. Everyone is kind and helpful and truly care about one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My managers and directors I work with are phenomenal. Monica really pours her heart out to the team and treats us like her family. I haven't ever had a more amazing manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The difference in pay between my role/workload as opposed to the ATMs/TMs workload is ridiulous. The renewals team generates 80-90% of the company's revenue, yet we get paid half as much money to bring in 8x the amount in revenue.
